4 FIRST AID MEASURES
INHALATION: Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Provide fresh air, warmth and rest,
preferably in a comfortable upright sitting position. Get medical attention if any discomfort
continues.
INGESTION: DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! NEVER MAKE AN UNCONSCIOUS PERSON VOMIT OR DRINK
FLUIDS! Rinse mouth thoroughly. Promptly get affected personnel to drink large volumes of
water to dilute the swallowed chemical. Obtain medical advice Provide rest, warmth and
fresh air.
SKIN: Remove affected person from source of contamination. Wash skin thoroughly with soap
and water. Get medical attention if irritation develops
EYES: Promptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids. Continue to rinse for at
least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.

PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT ENVIRONMENT:
Avoid subsoil penetration. Prevent product from entering drains. Do not contaminate surface
water.
SPILL CLEANUP METHODS: Shovel into dry containers. Cover and move the containers. Flush the area with water.
Wear necessary protective equipment. Minimise dust formation

USAGE PRECAUTIONS: Avoid handling which leads to dust formation. Provide good ventilation.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: Store at moderate temperatures in dry, well ventilated area.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
VENTILATION: Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.
RESPIRATORS: Respiratory protection must be used if air concentration exceeds acceptable level. Dust
filter P2 (for fine dust).
PROTECTIVE GLOVES: No specific hand protection noted, but gloves may still be advisable. For prolonged or
repeated skin contact use suitable protective gloves. Rubber or plastic.
EYE PROTECTION: Wear dust resistant safety goggles where there is danger of eye contact.
