Further Medical Treatment
Cases of respiratory sensitization alleged to be associated with this product have been reported. The
evidence available at date of issue of this data sheet is insufficient to classify this product as a respiratory
sensitized under the applicable rules of the EEC Dangerous substance legislation. However, care must
be taken to limit exposure of operatives to dust, aerosol mist or droplets during handling, by measures
such as adequate local exhaust ventilation or suitable respiratory protective equipment. If an individual
develops symptoms similar to high fever or asthma, this person should seek a medical opinion. People
who have become sensitized or those with chronic chest disease should not handle this type of dye.
