Application Guide
Surface Preparation
All timbers must be washed with Intergrain Reviva and allowed to dry. In humid, tropical or mould susceptible areas new and
cleaned timber should be treated with Intergrain TSS Timber Sterilising Solution before priming the surface with Intergrain
Dimension 4.
Application Procedure and Equipment
Apply 3 generous coats of Seamaster with a quality synthetic brush, pure bristle brush or pad applicator. Seamaster may be
sprayed using an airless or HVLP spray equipment. DO NOT APPLY BY ROLLER. When applied at the correct application rate the
coating will have an opaque milky appearance, which becomes transparent on drying. Note: Do not brush out until transparent, over
brush or apply thinly, as insufficient film thickness will compromise performance and durability.
