HEALTH No adverse health effects expected if the product is handled in accordance with

ACUTE: Swallowed Ingestion may cause gastrointestinal and or bladder
irritation, nausea and vomiting. Ingestion moderately toxic

FIRST AID: Swallowed Immediately rinse mouth with water and give demulcents

Flush eye with copious amounts of clean water for 15 minutes

If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly

Spills and Eliminate all ignition sources (NO SMOKING) Eliminate flammables.
disposals Contain with sand or dirt. For large spills, pump into steel drums. For small spills,
absorb material with sand or diatomaceous earth. Shovel into steel drums. Wash
spills with copious amounts of detergent and water. AFTER TREATMENT
DISPOSAL: Contact local waste authority re. disposing at waste depot.
Fire / Explosion Flammable Liquid. Evolves toxic and irritating gases on decomposition. On
Hazard burning will emit noxious fumes such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and
smoke. Overheated drums can explode. Incompatible with strong oxidising
agents and acidic agents. May cause fire/explosion with oxidising materials.
Never use welding or cutting torch on or near drum even if empty(residues)
because product can ignite explosively.
Fire Fighters to wear self-contained breathing apparatus with a full facepiece
operated in the positive pressure mode and full protective clothing when fighting
fire.
Extinguishing media: Move upwind of fire. Summon the fire brigade immediately,
dial 000. Remove from the vicinity containers not involved in fire. Use foam or
dry chemical powder to extinguish fire.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Stability Stable. Spontaneous heating may occur in such items as rags, insulation, and
rubbish soaked with this material and exposed to air. Manufacturer recommends
soaking of used cloths/rags in water immediately after use.
