irreversible retinal damage, coma, convulsions, hematuria, oliguria or anuria with damage to kidneys, liver, gastric
mucosa, and bladder.

May cause respiratory tract irritation.
Chronic:
Chronic ingestion may cause hemosiderosis in the liver, kidney, and spleen.
