=======================  First Aid Measures  =======================

Eyes: IMMEDIATELY FLUSH W/COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF WATER FOR 15
    MINS. DIPHENYLMETHANE DIISOCYANATE MAY REACT W/THE MOISTURE OF THE
    EYE FORMING A THICK MATERIAL WHICH MAY BE DIFFICULT TO WASH. SKIN:
    CLEAN TH OROUGHLY BY WASHING W/MILD SOAP & WATER. INHALATION:
    REMOVE TO FRESH AIR. GIVE OXYGEN/CPR IF NEEDED, OXYGEN SHOULD BE
    ADMINISTERED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION IN
    ALL CASES.

=====================  Fire Fighting Measures  =====================

Flash Point:>400F
Extinguishing Media:CO2, DRY CHEMICAL, FOAM. USE WATER IN VERY LARGE
    QUANTITIES. REACTION OF WATER & HOT ISOCYANATE MY NE VIGOROUS.
Fire Fighting Procedures:EVACUATE AREA. USE A POSITIVE PRESSURE NIOSH
    APPROVED SCBA PROPER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT.
Unusual Fire/Explosion Hazard:DON'T RESEAL CONTAMINATED CONTAINERS AS
    PRESSURE BUILD UP MAY RUPTURE THEM. THE COMBINED EFFECT OF CO2 &
    HEAT CAN PRODUCE ENOUGH PRESSURE TO RUPTURE CONTAINER.

==================  Accidental Release Measures  ==================

Spill Release Procedures:EVACUATE & VENTILATE AREA. DIKE TO PREVENT
    ENTRY INTO THE WATER SYSTEM/WEAR FULL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
    INCLUDING RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT. MAJOR: IF TEMPORARY CONTROL OF
    VAPOR IS REQUIRED A BLANKET OF PRO TEIN FOAM MAY BE PLACED. (SEE
    SUPP)
Neutralizing Agent:MIXTURE OF WATER & 3-8% CONCENTRATED AMMONIUM
    HYDROXIDE/5-10% SODIUM CARBONATE.

======================	Handling and Storage  ======================

Handling and Storage Precautions:STORE IN TIGHTLY CLOSED CONTAINERS TO
    PROTECT FROM ATMOSPHERIC MOISTURE. STORE AT ROOM TEMP OF 50-95 F,
    PROTECT FROM FREEZING.
Other Precautions:CONTAINERS CAN CONTAIN HAZARDOUS PRODUCT RESIDUES
    EVEN WHEN EMPTY. AVOID WATER AS IT REACTS TO FORM HEAT, CO2 &
    INSOLUBLE UREA. THE REACTION W/WATER IS SLOW AT TEMP <120F, BUT
    ACCELERATED AT HIGHER TE MPS & IN THE PRESENCE INCOMPATIBLES.

=============  Exposure Controls/Personal Protection  =============

Respiratory Protection:IF EXPOSURE EXCEEDS THE PEL/TLV, USE THE
    APPROPRIATE NIOSH APPROVED AIR-PURIFYING/POSITIVE PRESSURE
    SUPPLIED-AIR RESPIRATOR.
Ventilation:AT LEAST 10 AIR CHANGES PER HOUR ARE RECOMMENDED FOR GOOD
    GENERAL ROOM VENTILATION.
Protective Gloves:REQUIRED
Eye Protection:SAFETY GLASSES, GOGGLES, SPLASH SHIELD
Other Protective Equipment:PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, EYE WASH FOUNTAINS &
    SAFETY SHOWERS
Work Hygienic Practices:REMOVE/LAUNDER CONTAMINATED CLOTHING BEFORE
    REUSE. WASH AFTER HANDLING. DON'T WEAR CONTACT LENSES.
Supplemental Safety and Health
SPILL CONT'D: LARGE-PUMP INTO CLOSED NOT SEALED CONTAINERS FOR
    DISPOSAL. MINOR: ABSORB W/SAWDUST/OTHER ABSORBANT & SHOVEL INTO
    OPEN TOP CONTAINERS. DON'T MAKE PRESSURE TIGHT. TRANSPORT TO A WELL
    VENTI LATED AREA & TREAT W/NEUTRALIZER. ADD 10 PARTS PER PART
    WHLIE MIXING. ALLOW TO STAND FOR 48 HRS ALLOWING CO2 TO ESCAPE.
