Health Effects
Acute:
Swallowed: Product has low toxicity. Wash mouth out with plenty of water
Eyes: Slight eye irritation. Flush eyes thoroughly with clean water
Skin: May cause minor skin irritation. Wash thoroughly with soapy water
Inhaled: May cause respiratory irritation or sensitisation. Avoid breathing dust.
General: Trichoderma viride is harmless to humans, livestock and the environment.
Chronic:
General: There are no known chronic effects or reported cases of health problems from the
use of Trichoderma viride over several years of field trials and comercial use
around the world. Pre-existing medical conditions should not be aggravated by
exposure to the product.

First Aid
Swallowed: Wash mouth out with plenty of water
Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water
Skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water
Inhaled: Remove to open air. Contact a doctor if preliminary hypersensitivity occurs.
First Aid Facilities: No special requirements
Advice to Doctor: Provide symptomatic treatment as necessary. Product contains 1) non-hazardous soil
inhabiting fungus, 2) finely-divided peat and grain powder and, 3) food grade nutrients.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION
Storage & Transport: Store in the closed original container in a dry area, within a temperature range of
5-10掳C. Not a hazard for transport services and to other goods.
Spills & Disposal: Wear elbow length rubber gloves, eye protection and disposable respiratory mask.
Collect and put back into containers. Dispose of in a local authority landfill.
Dispose of empty packaging by wrapping and placing in the garbage disposal system.
Do not contaminate streams, rivers or waterways. Wash area with clean water.
