SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Not defined as a Dangerous Good by the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by
Road and Rail.

Store in a cool and well ventilated area. Store away from oxidising agents, nitrites and
hypochlorites. Avoid appreciable temperature fluctuations. High stacking should be avoided as
pressure tends to promote caking. Store away from fungicides and herbicides.

SPILLS
Wear protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contamination and inhalation of dust. Cover
with damp absorbent (inert material, sand or soil ). Sweep up, but avoid generating dust. Collect
and seal in properly labelled drums for disposal.

DISPOSAL
Refer to State Land Waste Management Authority.
