SUPERWASH STEP ONE

DEEP CLEANING ROLLER WASH FOR DARK-TO-LIGHT COLOR CHANGES



DESCRIPTION:

Superwash Step One is a solvent/detergent/water emulsion which is formulated

to solubilize lint, gum and other water soluable contaminants in the roller train as

well as dissolved ink and varnish. The product is for use on rollers only and should

be flushed with Superwash Step Two or a high quality water miscible wash.



DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Apply Superwash Step One uniformly across top roller. Run press at washup speed

for 2-4 minutes or until all ink and contaminants have been dissolved or become

suspended in the Superwash Step One. Engage wash-up blade and collect material

in wash-up tray. Rinse with Superwash Step Two or a high quality water-miscible

wash.
