SECTION 7 鈥? PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING AND USE
IN CASE OF SPILLS Avoid breathing vapors. Ventilate area. Remove all sources of ignition. Clean area with
absorbent material and place in closed containers for disposal.
WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Before attempting
cleanup, refer to other section of this MSDS for hazard caution information.
PRECAUTIONS IN HANDLING Store and use in cool, dry, well-ventilated areas. Vapors may cause flash fire. Keep

OTHER PRECAUTIONS Use with adequate ventilation. To prevent vapor build-up open doors and windows or
use an explosion proofs exhaust fan to ensure fresh air exchange during and after use.
Do not breath vapor, gas, or spray mist. When using, do not eat, drink, or smoke. Avoid
contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wear protective equipment. Wash hands
thoroughly after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
Empty containers may retain product residues. Follow label warnings even after can is
empty. Do not store in basements.
SECTION 8 鈥? SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION Avoid breathing vapors. Use with adequate ventilation equal to out of doors. In restricted
areas, use approved chemical/mechanical filters designed to remove a combination of
particles and vapors. In confined areas, use approved air line type respirator or hood.
Self-contained breathing apparatus is required for vapor concentrations above PEL/TLV
limits.
EXHAUST AND VENTILATION Sufficient to prevent inhalation of solvent vapors. General dilution and/or local exhaust
ventilation in volume to keep PEL/TLV of most hazardous ingredients below acceptable
limits and LEL below stated limit.
GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTI Wear solvent-resistant gloves if exposure is prolonged or frequent.
EYE PROTECTION Safety glasses are recommended.
OTHER PROITECTIVE EQUIPM Solvent resistant aprons are recommended when handling large quantities of this
formula.
