Section 03 - Hazard Identification

Inhalation...................鈥︹?︹?︹??.鈥?.... Inhalation of mist or vapors may be severly irritating to nose, throat, and
lungs.

Skin Contact / Absorption鈥︹??.鈥?... Severe irritant to skin.

Eye Contact................鈥︹?︹?︹??.鈥?.... Corrosive to eyes. May cause irreversible tissue damage to the eyes,
including blindness. May likely cause corneal damage, if not washed
immediately.

Ingestion.....................鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??. Severe to gastrointestinal tract. Corrosive to gastrointestinal tract. May be
fatal if swallowed.

Exposure Limits鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??... OSHA/PEL= 1ppm
ACGIH/TWA= 1ppm

Section 04 - First Aid Measures

Inhalation....................鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??.. Remove victim to fresh air. Give artificial respiration only if breathing has
stopped. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Seek immediate medical
attention.

Skin Contact / Absorption鈥︹?︹?︹??.. Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected area with soap and water.
Seek medical attention if irritation occurs or persists.

Eye Contact..................鈥︹?︹?︹?︹??.... Flush immediately with water for at least 20 minutes. Forcibly hold eyelids
apart to ensure complete irrigation of eye tissue. Seek immediate medical
attention

Ingestion......................鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??. Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, lean victim forward to prevent
breathing in vomitus. Rinse mouth with 2 glasses of water and dilute by
giving 2 glasses of water to dilute. Do not give anything by mouth to an
unconscious or convulsing person. Seek immediate medical attention.

Additional Information.....鈥︹?︹?︹??... Notes to physician: Direct contact with the eye is likely to cause corneal
damage especially if not washed immediately. Careful ophthalmologic
evaluation is recommended and possibility of local corticosteroid therapy
should be considered. Because of the likelihood of corrosive effects on
the gastrointestinal tract after ingestion, and the unlikelihood of systemic
effects, attempts at evacuating the stomach via emesis induction or
gastric lavage should be avoided. There is a remote possibility, however,
that a nasogastric tube may be required for the reduction of severe
distension due to gas formation.

Section 05 - Fire Fighting

Conditions of Flammability鈥︹?︹??.... Non-flammable

Means of Extinction........鈥︹?︹?︹??..... Product does not burn. Use appropriate extinguishing media for material
that is supplying the fuel to the fire. Preferably water or water fog. Carbon
dioxide and dry chemical may be used.

Flash Point....鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??.. Not applicable

Auto-ignition Temperature鈥︹?︹?︹??. Not applicable

Upper Flammable Limit 鈥︹?︹?︹?︹??.. Not applicable

Lower Flammable Limit...鈥︹?︹??.鈥?... Not applicable

Hazardous Combustible Products... Oxygen will support combustion.

Special Fire Fighting Procedures..... Wear NIOSH-approved self-contained breathing apparatus and protective
clothing.

Explosion Hazards鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??.... Product is noncombustible. On decomposition, H2O2 releases oxygen
which may intensify fire. Can cause overpressure if confined.

Section 06 - Accidental Release Measures

Leak / Spill................鈥?.鈥︹?︹?︹?︹??... Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Ventilate area. Stop or
reduce leak if safe to do so. Prevent material from entering sewers.
Combustible materials that have come into contact with spilled material
should be submerged or rinsed off with water to remove hydrogen
peroxide.

Deactivating Materials...鈥︹?︹??.鈥?... Sodium metabisulphite or sodium sulphite may be used to deactivate
solutions of hydrogen peroxide diluted to less than 5%. Hydrogen peroxide
may also be deactivated by diluting with water and waiting till
decomposition is complete.

Section 07 - Handling and Storage

Handling Procedures.......鈥︹?︹?︹??... Use proper equipment for lifting and transporting all containers. Use
sensible industrial hygiene and housekeeping practices. Wash thoroughly
after handling. Avoid all situations that could lead to harmful exposure.
Product #HPS5 Page 4 of 8

Storage Requirements......鈥︹??...鈥?.. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed,
vented, out of direct sunlight, and away from incompatible materials. Do
NOT store on wooden pallets: use plastic pallets.

Section 08 - Personal Protection and Exposure Controls

Protective Equipment
Eyes.鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??.鈥︹?︹??... Chemical goggles, full-face shield, or a full-face respirator is to be worn at
all times when product is handled. Contact lenses should not be worn;
they may contribute to severe eye injury.

Respiratory鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??.... If concentrations in excess of 10 ppm are expected, use NIOSH/DHHS
approved self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), or other approved
atmospheric-supplied respirator (ASR) equipment (e.g., a full-face airline
respirator). DO NOT use any form of air-purifying respirator (APR) or
filtering facepiece (AKA dust mask), especially those containing
oxidizable sorbants such as activated carbon.

Gloves鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??..... Impervious gloves of chemically resistant material (rubber or PVC) should
be worn at all times. Wash contaminated clothing and dry thoroughly
before reuse.

Clothing鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??..鈥︹??.... Body suits, aprons, and/or coveralls of chemical resistant material should
be worn at all times. Wash contaminated clothing and dry thoroughly
before reuse.

Footwear鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??..... Impervious boots of chemically resistant material should be worn at all
times.

Engineering Controls
Ventilation Requirements鈥︹?︹??...... Mechanical ventilation (dilution or local exhaust), process or personnel
enclosure and control of process conditions should be provided. Supply
sufficient replacement air to make up for air removed by exhaust systems.

Other鈥︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹?︹??.... Emergency shower and eyewash should be in close proximity.
