8. EMERGENCY FIRST AID PROCEDURES
Eye Contact: Flush with water for 15 minutes. Consult a physician.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse out mouth. Drink plenty of water. Call a doctor.
Inhalation:
Remove to fresh air.
Skin Contact:
Flush skin with water for 15 min. while removing affected clothing. Wash skin with soap and water.
9. SPILL AND DISPOSAL PROCEDURES
Spill and Leak:
Avoid raising/inhaling dust. Wear dust mask for large spills. Cover spill with sodium bicarbonate. Add water to form slurry. Wash down drain with excess water.
Disposal:
Add slowly to a solution of soda ash and calcium hydroxide. Add neutralized solution to excess of running water and wash down drain. Dispose according to federal, state and local
regulations.
