MSDS CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATION
MSDS DATABASE COLLECTIONS
The MSDS database contains the complete unaltered text of manufacturer鈥檚 and suppliers鈥? MSDS collections supplied
voluntarily to CCOHS.
Collections will be accepted for inclusion in the CCOHS MSDS database on the understanding that:
鈥? the contributor has prepared the MSDSs and is responsible for their content and accuracy;
鈥? the complete MSDS collection is provided to CCOHS (preferred);
鈥? new and revised MSDS are provided on a regular schedule;
鈥? the MSDS database is publicly distributed on the WWW, and online electronic networks;
鈥? the collection may be withdrawn from the database at any time on the contributor鈥檚 request.

In order for CCOHS to administer the database and ensure currency and completeness, the following contributor information
is needed. This information is for internal CCOHS use only and may differ from that on the Material Safety Data Sheets.
