biodegradeable oxgenated solvents with other additives to control product behaviour.
Prepolymer of aliphatic isocyanate CAS No 28182-81-2 EU No: none-
Free isocyanate content less than 0.15% on total product (hexamethylene-1.6-diisocyanate,
CAS No 822-06-0 EU No 212-485-8).

LD50 oral, rat >5,000 mg/kg
Skin/mucous compatibility, rabbit:
skin 4 hours exposure - non-irritant
eyes - moderate reddening and slight swelling
classified as IRRITANT

50-70% of blends of ethoxyethyl propionate and methoxypropoxy acetate 100||100 % as solvent - flash point between 46 and 65
潞Celsius depending on grade
- classified as flammable when bellow 57 潞Celsius - avoid inhalation of fumes or vapour - oxygenated solvents degrade to water
and carbon dioxide)
EEP EINECS No 212-112-9 - CAS No 763-69-9; MPA EINECS No 203-603-9 ; CAS no 108-65-6

SECTION 3: Hazards identification

Irritant by inhalation; skin and eye contact.
鈥?
Flammable.
鈥?

SECTION 4: First Aid Measures
In case of inhalation: - move affected person to fresh air and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
鈥?
In case of eye contact rinse carefully and thoroughly with water for 15 minutes with lifting of eyelids and seek medical
鈥?
attention if irritation persists.
In case of skin contact wipe off with absorbent tissue and wash with soap and water or resin removing cream before
鈥?
the product cures.
In case of irritation of respiratory tract or swallowing, do not induce vomiting - seek medical attention.
鈥?

SECTION 5: Fire Fighting Measures

Extinguishing media: CO2, foam, dry powder

In case of fire, formation of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, isocyanate vapour and traces of hydrogen cyanide, particularly in
deficiency of oxygen.
Firefighters must wear self-contained breathing apparatus.

SECTION 6: Accidental Release Measures

Do not empty into drains; remove by absorbing into eg sawdust, cement, sand etc. After one hour, saturate with water and
transfer to waste container - store for several days then dispose of as waste to landfill or by incineration.

SECTION 7: Handling and Storage
Keep containers dry and in a cool well ventilated place away from sources of heat or direct sunlight.
Ensure good ventilation in the working area - exhaust ventilation is necessary if the product is sprayed.
Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
SECTION 8: Exposure Controls/Personal Protection

For exposure controls, see section 15

Wear suitable protective clothing, particularly rubber or pvc gloves, goggles, particularly if spraying or working
鈥?
overhead.
Respiratory protection is required if working in areas of low or poor ventilation and recommended in other cases - use
鈥?
Half-mask organic vapour respirator (A1) or, if spraying, full face cartridge (or air-fed) mask.
Hypersentitive persons (eg asthamatics, chronic bronchitics) should not use the product
鈥?
Keep away from foodstuffs, drinks, tobacco.
鈥?
Wash hands before breaks and at end of work
鈥?
Remove contaminated clothing immediately.
鈥?

SECTION 9: Physical Properties

SECTION 11: Toxicological Information

Acute toxicity
LD50 oral, rat: more than 5000mg/kg
Skin and mucous compatibilty, rabbit:
skin 4 hours - slight reddening, very slight superficical cauterisation
eyes - slight reddening

for further information, contact the manufacturer

Special properties/effects:
over-exposure, especially during spraying operations without the necessary precautions, entails the risk of concentration-
dependent irritating effects on eyes, nose, throat and u/l rt. Delayed apearance of these effects is likely and development of
hypersensititivity is possible.
Hypersenstitive persons may suffer from these effects even at low concentrations.
Prolonged contact with the skin may cause defatting, reddening and irritation effects
SECTION 12: Environmental Information

Do not allow to escape into drains, sewers, waterways - components may be harmful to aquatic life.
Bio-accumulation potential is high due to low biodegradation rates of some non-volatile components.

SECTION 13: Disposal Considerations

May be incinerated in suitable facility provided local regulations are observed.

Empty containers may be disposed of as refuse after any residue has dried or is neutralised with a mixture of water and
ammonia; after this procedure, remove hazard labels.

SECTION 14: Transport Information
