HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION
Health Effects:
Acute
May cause gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. May be harmful
Swallowed:
Causes eye irritation. This product contains a cationic dye. Similar dyes have caused

permanent injury to the cornea and conjunctiva in documented exposure cases with human
or rabbit eyes. May cause chemical conjunctivitis
Causes skin irritation. Prolonged and/or repeated contact may cause irritation and/or

dermatitis.
Causes respiratory tract irritation. Can produce delayed pulmonary edema.
Inhaled:
May cause foetal effects. Effects may be delayed.
Chronic:
First Aid:
Get medical aid immediately. Induce vomiting by giving one teaspoon of Syrup of Ipecac.
Swallowed:
In case of eye contact, immediatley flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes,

occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical attention immediately.
