HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION
Health Effects:
Acute
Swallowed: Causes severe chemical burns. Toxic
Eye: Causes chemical burns. Corrisive - causes tissue destruction.
Skin: Causes chemical burns. Can be absorbed
Inhaled: Causes irritation or damage to lungs. May be harmful. Avoid contact

First Aid:
Swallowed: DO NOT induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconsious person.
Eye: Wash continuously with water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately !!
Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash continuously with soap and water for 15
minutes
Inhaled: Remove from exposure. Apply artificial respiration (CPR) or oxygen if not breathing.
First Aid Facilities: Eye bath, safety shower

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Exposure Standards: No exposure standard established
Engineering Controls: Use only in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with water, moist air, acids and
oxidizing agents. Contact with water with generate ethanol; TLV (TWA)=1000ppm
Personal Protection: Use impervious gloves and clothing as necessary to protect against skin. Use chemical
goggles or a face shield for eye protection.
Flammability: Not flammable under conditions of use.
SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION
Storage and Transport: Store in a cool and dry place. Maintain tightly closed container. Protect from moisture.
Store away from acidic and oxidizing agents. Provide adequate ventilation. Since empty
contain product residue, follow hazard precautions even after container is emptied.
Spills and Disposal: Absorb spilled material with suitable chemical binder. Shovel absorbant into suitable
waste container. Do not contaminate soil, ground water, or surface water. Disposal
method: Incinerate. Follow all federal, State and local regulations.
Fire/Explosion Hazard: Smother with dry sand, dry limestone or dry-powder-type agents. Fire fighters must wear
positive-pressure, self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing.
