HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION

Health Effects:
Irritation, burning of eyes and skin, nervous system depression, headache,

dizziness, nausea, staggering gait, confusion, unconsciousness.
No health effects established.
Swallowed:
Prolonged contact with lower concentrations can be moderately irritating to the

eyes.
Prolonged contact with lower concentrations may cause dermatitis.
Skin:
Inhalation of high vapour concentrations causes irritation to nose and throat
Inhaled:
followed by headaches and narcosis.

Reports have associated repeated and prolonged overexposure to solvent with

permanent brain damage.

First Aid:
Gastrointestinal disress, call a physician immediately.
Swallowed:
May cause irritation or burning eyes, flush eyes with plenty of water for at least

15 minutes. Call a physician.
In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. Repeated or prolonged liquid

contact may cause skin irritation with discomfort or dermatitis. If irritation
ocurs, consult a physician.
May cause nose and throat irritation. Remove victim from exposure to fresh air.
Inhaled:
Remove contaminated clothing and loosen remaining clothing. Make patient
