POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS:

HUMAN EFFECTS AND SYMPTOMS OF OVEREXPOSURE:
Animal studies on fluorochemicals caused liver effects, weight loss, loss of appetite,
lethargy, neurological, pancreatic, adrenal, and hematological effects. There are no
known human health effects from anticipated exposure. Irritant to skin, eyes and
respiratory passages
Ethylene glycol is an irritant to skin, eyes and respiratory passages. Target organ effects
include central nervous system, cardiovascular system, kidneys, liver and eyes.
Possible risk of reproductive effects based on animal tests.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES:
SKIN............: Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash with soap or mild
detergent and large amounts of water. Do not use solvents or thinners.
EYES鈥︹?︹??: Hold eyes open and flush for at least 15 minutes with large amounts of
water. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
INGESTION.: Do not induce vomiting. Give two glasses of water to dilute stomach
contents. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Consult physician
immediately.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air immediately. If breathing is difficult administer
oxygen. Consult physician if irritation of respiratory passage occurs.

SPILL AND LEAK PROCEDURES: Wearing appropriate personal protective
equipment, contain spills onto inert absorbent and place in suitable containers.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
STORAGE: Store closed containers in cool, dry area away from heat, direct sunlight,
oxidizing agents, and strong acids and alkalis. Keep in a well-ventilated area.
HANDLING: Avoid skin and eye contact. Do not eat, drink or smoke in application area.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Use in a well ventilated area.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: If airborne concentration exceeds recommended limits,
use a NIOSH approved respirator in accordance with OSHA Respirator Protection
requirements under 29 CFR 1910.134.
SKIN PROTECTION: Clothing suitable to prevent skin contact.
Use butyl rubber gloves. Check suitability recommendations by protective equipment
manufacturers, especially towards chemical breakthrough resistance.
