Classified as hazardous according to criteria of NOHSC
Product Use NU-FILM P & NU-FILM 17: Sticky, elastic film forming material that
encapsulates and holds pesticides on crop foliage, and allows the pesticide
to be effective for longer periods. Activity Level: 15-25 days.
NU-FILM P film will withstand about 1 inch of rainfall for seven to ten
days, thus ensuring that pesticide sprays are not lost shortly after
application.
VAPOR GARD: For use on plants to reduce water transpiration. The soft,
flexible film formed after spray application dries, will significantly
reduce moisture lost by the plant foliage. Activity Level: 2-3 months.
Both types of applications are applied as a full coverage spray or used as
a dip.
NOTE: Due differing polymer forms present, the two types of products are
NOT interchangeable.
