HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION
Health Effects:-
Skin: Moderately irritating to skin.
Eyes: Severely irritating to eyes.
Inhaled: Respiratory irritation, dizziness, nausea, loss of consciousness.
Swallowed: Can be harmful or fatal if swallowed. Can cause lung, kidney or liver damage.
Long Term Hazard: Repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents can damage liver, brain, and central
nervous system.
First Aid:-
Skin: Wash affected area thoroughly with soap and water.
Eyes: Flush eyes immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention.

Inhaled: Provide fresh air; give oxygen or artificial respiration if breathing laboured.
Swallowed: If swallowed dilute by giving two glasses of water to drink. DO NOT induce vomiting. Consult Physician or

126) IMMEDIATELY. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Skin: Protective clothing. Gloves of neoprene or nitrile rubber -Industrial weight lined gauntlet recommended
Eyes: Solvent resistant safety eyewear with splash guards or side shields to prevent eye contact
Class AUS 1 half face respirator with type A organic vapour filter and class P1 particulate filter.
Breathing:
Use in well ventilated area with explosion proof equipment.
Other:
Ventilation: Sufficient ventilation, in volume and pattern, should be provided to keep air contaminant concentrations
below WES - TWA limits.

Disposal: Incinerate the liquid and contaminated diking material at a permitted facility, or otherwise dispose of in
accordance with all applicable regulations.
