               Dear Customer:



               This letter is supplier notification under Section 313 of Title III of the Superfund

               Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986 that the following listed prod

               which has been shipped to your company contains the toxic chemicals listed below

               which are subject to 40 CFR Part 372.45

               Be advised that Title III of SARA may require certain Hazardous Material Reporting

               (Section 311-312), Emergency Notification (Section 313) for threshold amounts of tt

               chemicals listed below.
