MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (G3)
================================ SECTION VI - HEALTH HAZARD DATA ====================================

INHALATION HEALTH RISKS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Solvent vapor or mist can cause headache, dizziness, nausea, mild
depression, convulsions, loss of consciousness and irritation of nose and throat.

EYE CONTACT HEALTH RISKS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Substance can cause irritation and transient corneal damage.

SKIN CONTACT HEALTH RISKS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Prolonged or repeated contact may be irritating to skin.

INGESTION HEALTH RISKS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Swallowing the liquid may result in vomiting. If vomiting occurs
spontaneously, do not allow vomitus to be breathed into the lungs as even a small quantity in the lungs may result in chemical pneumonitis and
pulmonary edema/hemorrhage. Overexposure to the Benzotriazole compound may cause liver damage or blood effects.

CARCINOGENICITY: Ingredients are not considered to be carcinogenic

MEDICAL CONDITIONS GENERALLY AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Pre-existing skin, eye, or respiratory conditions may be aggravated
by exposure.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
EYE CONTACT: Flush with water for 15 minutes. SEE DOCTOR if any symptoms persist.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash with soap and water. SEE DOCTOR if skin irritation occurs.
INHALATION: Remove subject to fresh air. Give artificial respiration if breathing has stopped.
INGESTION: If swallowed DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Get immediate medical attention. If vomiting occurs spontaneously, keep
victim's head below hips to prevent breathing the vomitus into lungs.

=======================SECTION VII - PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING AND USE ==========================

STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED: Eliminate ignition sources. Dike and contain spill with inert
material (e.g., sand, earth). Transfer material to containers for recovery or disposal and solid diking material to separate containers for disposal. Keep
spills and cleaning runoffs out of municipal sewers and open bodies of water.

WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD: When discarded this material is a hazardous waste. RCRS #D-001 (ignitable); reportable quantity 100 lbs
(SARA/Superfund). Incinerate liquid and contaminated diking material at a permitted facility according to local, state, and federal regulations.

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN HANDLING AND STORING: Maximum storage temperature: 60oC/140oF. Minimum storage temperature: -
18oC/0oF. Limit storage of combustible material to approved areas. Ground all containers when transferring material.

================================== SECTION VIII - CONTROL MEASURES ==================================

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:. For nuisance levels of vapor or inadequate ventilation, an organic vapor respirator is appropriate. If spraying or
sanding, wear a NIOSH-approved respirator for dusts, mists and organic vapors.

VENTILATION: Explosion-proof local exhaust ventilation at point of contaminant release is recommended.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Nitrile or other solvent resistant gloves..

OTHER PROTECTIVE CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT: Chemical splash goggles.

WORK/HYGIENIC PRACTICES: All Golden products should be used in accordance with safe handling practices, including: do not eat, drink or
smoke when working with materials, avoid excessive skin contact, wash after working with materials, keep all professional materials out of reach of
children.
