PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Chemical composition: blend of hydrocarbon solvents, water, emulsifier, fillers, fine
chalks and surface-active agents. Solids approx. 38%. Liquids
include 37% water.
Hazards identification: Hydrocarbon solvents are flammable and may cause lung
damage if swallowed.
FIRST-AID:
Eye contact: Wash immediately with clean warm water for at least 10mins.
If irritation persists seek medical advice.
Skin contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated
clothing.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. In the event of vomiting turn person
over on to face and obtain medical help.
Inhalation: Remove affected person to fresh air. If unconscious turn on to
face; get medical assistance.
FIRE-FIGHTING:
Suitable: dry chemical, alcohol-resistant foam, carbon dioxide.
Unsuitable: water jet
Explosion hazards: Closed containers may explode if exposed to fire; spray stock
with cooling water.
Protective equipment: self-contained breathing apparatus.
Combustion products: toxic gases
ACCIDENTAL RELEASE:
Personal precautions: Avoid breathing vapours. Remove sources of ignition.
Environmental precautions: If product in substantial amounts enters drains inform
authorities.
Cleaning spillage: Scrape up and remove for incineration.
HANDLING AND STORAGE:
Use product in well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not swallow. Do not inhale
vapour. Store in cool dry place in original container. Keep sealed. Avoid naked flame or ignition
sources. Keep apart from oxidising substances.

Respiratory: Avoid breathing the vapour.
Ventilation: Use in well-ventilated areas.
Eye protection: Avoid contact with eyes.
Skin: Wash with soap and water.
Occupational exposure: OEL sol. 5mg/m3 (8 hour TWA)
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Physical state: soft paste
Colour: light yellow-brown (buff).
Odour: characteristic
Solubility in water: immiscible
Vapour density: above 1.
STABILITY AND REACTIVITY:
Conditions to avoid: protect from heat, oxidising agents.
Materials to avoid: strong acids, alkalis, halogens, oxidising agents, nitric acid,
amines.
Decomposition products: toxic gases: carbon dioxide/monoxide, hydrogen chloride gas,
phosgene, chloride.
TOXICOLOGICAL DATA:
Eyes: intense smarting, irritation.
Skin: prolonged contact will defat, with dryness and possible
dermatitis.
Ingestion: may cause irritation of mouth, throat, digestive tract with
vomiting and abdominal pain. Significant absorption may
cause sleepiness.
Inhalation: high vapour concentrations could cause intoxication, nausea
and, in extreme cases, coma.

Do not dispose of indiscriminately. Observe local and national regulations.
