Oxford Super Clear Polyurethane is a unique, non-yellowing, one-part polyurethane that
develops into an exceptionally hard, clear coating at room temperature without the need for
catalysts or cross-linkers. The 9000 series has been designed for use where extreme hardness,
clarity and durability are required.
Oxford Super Clear Polyurethane is ideally suited for use as a high-build clear coat for guitar
bodies, tabletops, custom furniture, and marine interior applications. This product can successfully
replace solvent-based urethanes traditionally used for these applications. Whether used directly
on wood surfaces or in conjunction with grain fillers or high solids sanding sealers, Oxford Super
Clear Polyurethane will demonstrate exceptional clarity without the bluish haze associated with
conventional waterborne wood finishes.
Oxford Super Clear Polyurethane is available in Gloss (9100), Semi-Gloss (9500), and Satin
(9200)
