Potential Health Effects
Inhalation: This product has low volatility and is not expected to cause respiratory tract irrritation during normal
conditions of use. May cause respiratory tract irritation. Inhalation of high levels of zinc oxide may
cause metallic taste, cough, fever, chills, head ache, dizziness, tightness of the chest, nausea, and
vomitting, (metal fume fever).
Skin contact: Severe skin irritation. Swelling. Redness.
Eye contact: Contact with eyes will cause irritation. Blurred vision. Excess tearing. Pain and discomfort.
Ingestion: May cause burns of mouth and throat if swallowed.

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If discomfort persists seek medical attention.

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Aspiration may cause pulmonary edema and pneumonitis. Obtain medical
attention.
