HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION
ACUTE EFFECTS:
Oral : Ingestion of excessively large quantities may be hazardous.
Eye : Extreme dust conditions may irritate the eyes as a nuisance dust.
Skin : Repeated or prolonged skin contact may cause dermatitis.
Inhaled : Inhalation of dust may cause respiratory irritation.
Carcinogenicity : Product is not considered to be carcinogenic in lifetime studies. Ingredients are
not listed as carcinogenic by ACGIH, IARC, NCI/NTP or OSHA.
FIRST AID:
Eye : Irrigate the eyes continuously with water for at least 15 minutes. Retract eyelids. Seek
medical attention if necessary.
Skin : Wash affected with copious amounts of soap and water.
Inhaled : Remove patient to fresh air. Seek medical advice if effects persist
Swallowed : In the event of accidental ingestion, rinse mouth with water. Contact a doctor or Poisons
Information Centre.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Exposure Standards : OHSA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) and Threshold Limit Value (TLV) is
unknown.
Engineering Controls: Use with adequate ventilation.
Personal Protection : Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not inhale dust when opening the container
and mixing into feed. Wear protective glasses, gloves and approved dust mask.
Always wash skin and hands thoroughly after handling any chemical and before
eating, drinking or smoking.
Flammability : Non flammable.
SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION
Spills and Disposal : Sweep up spills. Collect and seal in a labelled container for disposal. Refer to
the appropriate Waste Disposal Authority. Dispose of empty container at an
approved landfill.
Fire/Explosion Hazard : If involved in a fire, cool containers by using water spray. Use CO2 , dry
chemical or foam to extinguish.
