Emergency Overview:
Color: Silver/white
Form: Paste
Odor: Characteristic Solvent Odor
Flash Point, 掳C: >129.4 (Closed Cup)
Most Important Hazards: May cause irritation of the respiratory tract. Prolonged or repeated exposure to dust or
fume may cause lung injury. May result in bronchitis, lung congestion and pulmonary edema. May irritate eyes. May
cause irritation of the mouth, throat and stomach. May cause pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Prolonged or
repeated exposure effects: Aspiration can be a hazard if this material is swallowed. Aspiration (breathing) of
vomitus into lungs may result in pneumonitis. May cause central nervous system depression.
Potential Health Effects:
Inhalation: Exposure to dust mists or vapors may cause severe respiratory tract irritation.
Prolonged or repeated exposure to fumes may cause lung injury. Severe exposures
may result in bronchitis, pulmonary edema or pneumonitis.
Ingestion: Low toxicity due to low solubility. May be harmful if large amounts are swallowed.
May cause pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. May cause central nervous system
depression.
Skin Contact: May cause mild skin irritation. Prolonged contact may cause dermatitis.
Eye Contact: May irritate eyes. May cause abrasive injury. Causes redness and tearing.
Other Effects: NOTE: Ingestion of the product may result in vomiting. Aspiration (breathing) of the
vomitus into the lungs must be avoided as even small quantities may result in
aspiration pneumonitis.

give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person. Get medical
attention. If vomiting occurs, keep head lower than hips to prevent aspiration.
Skin Contact: Flush area with water while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash with
soap and water. Clean contaminated clothing and shoes before reuse. Get medical
attention if irritation persists.
Eye Contact: In case of contact, or suspected contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water
for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately after flushing.
