Symptoms of accidental exposure: From exposure to eyes or inhalation 鈥? may cause irritation.

Non-combustible but may give rise to dangerous fumes if strongly heated.
Suitable extinguishing media: Use powder, foam or carbon dioxide to extinguish fires.
Special protective equipment: Fire fighters should wear protective clothing and breathing apparatus for fires
involving large amounts of this product.
Other information: If contamination of drains, streams, water courses, etc is unavoidable warn the local water
Services Company and Environment Agency immediately.

6. Accidental release measures
For small amounts 鈥? avoid breathing dust and other personal contact. Wear gloves. Using a suitable vacuum
cleaner, preferably, vacuum up the material, or cover with inert material (e.g. sand, earth, vermiculite, etc),
carefully sweep up and place in a labelled receptacle for safe disposal.
For large amounts 鈥? deal with immediately.
Keep people away and upwind.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing, wear coveralls, rubber boots, gloves and goggles or face shield.
If contamination of drains, streams, water courses, etc is unavoidable, warn the local Water Services Company
and Environment Agency immediately.

7. Handling and storage
Storage: Order only what is likely to be required for the season鈥檚 use, and keep it in a dry, well ventilated frost-
free pesticides store conforming to BASIS standards. Store products away from food and feeding stuffs in an
orderly manner, using earliest deliveries first and check stocks regularly. Only authorised personnel should
have access to the store.

This material has very low toxicity.
Oral LD50 in the rat of Seradix 3 (0.8%) is over 12500 mg/kg.
Dermal LD50 in the rat of Seradix 3 (0.8%) is over 1250 mg/kg.
May be irritant to eyes, skin and mucous membranes of nose and throat.

Under normal conditions of use this product should present a very low environmental hazard.

13. Disposal considerations
Dispose of safely in accordance with local regulations. Rinsed, empty containers, sweepings from spillages or
excess pesticide may be accepted by local authority or waste disposal contractors.
Empty, rinsed, punctured containers may be buried, according to MAFF recommendations.
