SECTION IV HEALTH HAZARD INFORMATION
Nature of Hazard
INHALATION: Negligible hazard at normal temperatures (up to 38 掳C) Elevated temperatures or mechanical action
may form vapours, mists or fumes, which may be irritating to the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. Avoid breathing vapours
or mists.
EYE CONTACT: Slightly irritating but will not injure eye tissue
SKIN CONTACT: Low Toxicity. Frequent or prolonged contact may irritate the skin and cause a skin rash
(dermatitis).
SECTION V FIRST AID MEASURES
INHALATION: Remove victim to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If breathing has stopped, apply
artificial respiration; seek medical advice immediately.
EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. Seek medical advice.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Seek medical advice if irritation develops. Remove
contaminated clothing (including shoes) and launder before reuse. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
Discard all leather articles soaked with this product.
INGESTION: If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Give two glasses of water if the person is conscious. Do not
give any liquid if the person is unconscious or very drowsy. Keep the person warm & quiet. Get immediate medical
attention.

SECTION VI PREVENTATIVE AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES
ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Use with adequate ventilation and keep airborne concentrations within the
recommended limits. Wear chemical splash goggles and oil impervious gloves. If a mist or vapour is created a Niosh
approved respirator should be used.
HANDLING STORAGE AND SHIPPING: Use standard waste disposal procedures in accordance with local,
provincial and federal regulations. Store at room temperature. Keep away from open flames and high temperatures. Not
regulated by TGD.
LEAK AND SPILL PROCEDURES: Absorb residue with an inert absorbent. Shovel into waste container and dispose.
