**** SECTION 3 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION ****

EMERGENCY OVERVIEW
Toxic by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed. Possible
risks of irreversible effects. Toxic : danger of serious damage to

Eye:
May cause eye irritation. May cause conjunctivitis.
Skin:
May be fatal if absorbed through the skin. Absorption into the body
may cause cyanosis.

Inhalation:
Harmful if inhaled. Effects may be delayed.
Chronic:
May cause methemoglobinemia, which is characterized by
chocolate-brown colored blood, headache, weakness, dizziness, breath
shortness, cyanosis, rapid heart rate, unconsciousness and possible
death.

**** SECTION 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES ****

Eyes:
Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes,
occasionally lifting the upper and lower lids. Get medical aid.
Skin:
Get medical aid. Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and
water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing
and shoes.
Ingestion:
Induce vomiting. If victim is conscious and alert, give 2-4 cupfuls
of milk or water. Get medical aid immediately.
Inhalation:
Get medical aid immediately. Remove from exposure to fresh air
immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If
breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
