Health Effects
This product is a poisonous bait for the control of rodents. The bait is coated with a sticky mixture of
bromadiolone and green dye and consequently there is no dust inhalation risk with the product.
Acute:
Swallowed: Poisonous if swallowed.
Eye: Avoid contact with eyes.
Skin: Avoid contact with skin.
Inhaled: Not applicable to this formulation.
Chronic: Repeated minor exposure may have a cumulative poisoning effect.
First aid: If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.

Advice to doctor: Vitamin K1 can be used as an antidote, if patient shows signs of poisoning (bleeding,
haemorrhage). It is important to ascertain the route of exposure and the quantity of bait
exposed to.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Exposure Standards: There is no exposure standard allocated.
Engineering Controls: The product formulation dilutes the concentration of bromadiolone and adheres the
poison to the grain.
Personal Protection: If product on skin and after each baiting, immediately wash area with soap and
water.
Personal Hygiene: After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face
thoroughly with soap and water. After each day鈥檚 use, wash gloves and
contaminated clothing.
Flammability: The product is not readily flammable.
SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION
Storage and Transport: No special storage or transport requirements are necessary. The product is a
Schedule 6 poison.
Spills and Disposal: While wearing rubber gloves, sweep-up spilt bait using a broom and shovel.
Dispose of bait by burial below 0.5 metres. Rinse away residue with excess water.
Bury excess product below 0.5 metres.
Fire/Explosion Hazards: The product is not flammable and will not autoignite.

The wheat used in the bait are gamma irradiated and therefore will not germinate.
