Section 04 - First aid measures
After inhalation:
Get victim to fresh air. Give artificial respiration or oxygen if breathing has stopped. Get prompt
medical attention. Do not give fluids if victim is unconscious.
After contact with skin:
Immediately flush skin with plenty of water while removing contaminated clothing. Wash
contaminated clothing before reuse. If redness or irritation occurs, seek medical attention.
After contact with eyes:
Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes, holding lids apart to
ensure flushing of the entire surface. Washing eyes within 1 minute is essential to achieve
maximum effectiveness. Seek medical attention immediately.
After ingestion:
If conscious, give the patient 1-2 glasses of water (8-16 oz.) and call a doctor. Never give
anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Induce vomiting only at the instructions of a
doctor or nurse.
Advice to doctor / Treatment:
None known.

Section 05 - Fire fighting measures
Flashpoint: approx. 392 掳F
Method: DIN/ISO 2592 (open cup)
Lower explosion limit: not determined
Upper explosion limit: not determined
Self ignition: not determined
Ignition temperature: not determined
Hazardous combustion products:
In the event of fire the following can be released:
Carbon monoxide (CO)
Carbon dioxide (CO2)
Combustion gases of organic materials must in principle be graded as inhalation poisons.
Extinguishing media: water spray jet
foam
carbon dioxide
dry powder
Special fire fighting procedure:
Apply alcohol-type or all purpose-type foams by manufacturers' recommended techniques for
large fires. Use carbon dioxide or dry chemical media for small fires. Do not direct a solid
stream of water or foam into hot burning pools; this may cause frothing and increase fire
intensity. Use self- contained breathing apparatus and protective equipment.

hazards: creating a potential floating fire hazard..

Section 06 - Accidental release measures
Steps to be taken in case of spill or leak:
Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, contain spill, collect into suitable
container. For large spills, contain spills with dikes of soil or commercially available diking
material and collect into suitable containers for disposal. Avoid washing spills into sewers and
waterways. This product is toxic to fish in concentrations of 1 to 10 mg/l.

or exceed recommended limits, use a NIOSH approved respirator
in accordance with OSHA respiratory protection requirements
under 29 CFR 1910.134
Hand protection: Butyl Rubber, PVC Or Neoprene.
Eye protection: Chemical splash goggles.
Other protective equipment: Protective clothing to minimize skin contact should be worn.
Chemically resistant safety shoes. Wash contaminated clothing
with soap and water and dry before reuse. Safety showers and
eyewash stations should be provided in all areas where this
material is handled.
