Directions
Adults, children over 12 years of age, and children 2 years to 12
years of age: oral dosage is a single dose of 5 milligrams of pyrantel
base per pound of body weight, not to exceed 1 gram (8 g of paste).
Do not administer to children under 5 years of age unless directed
by a physician.
