Extinguishing Media: Not Applicable.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Material in paint can splatter above 100C. Dried
paint film can burn. If this should occur use carbon dioxide, foam, dry chemical or water
to extinguish. Wear full-body protective clothing and self-contained breathing apparatus.
Do not direct extinguishing media directly into center of burning pools.
SECTION 5: REACTIVITY DATA
Stability: Stable
Maintain storage between 0 and 30 oC. Avoid strong oxidizing and

Conditions to Avoid: Keep product from freezing or excessive heat.
Hazardous Decomposition Products: Low molecular weight hydrocarbons, CO, CO2,
NOx,. All are toxic.
SECTION 6: HEALTH HAZARDS
Inhalation: Pigment powders in this paint are not in the form of respirable dusts,
hence they do not pose the hazards associated with the inhalation of fine mineral
particles.
Eye Contact: Prolonged or repeated contact may result in eye irritation.
Skin Contact: Prolonged or repeated contact may result in skin irritation.
Ingestion: May cause irritation to the gastrointestinal system.
Additional Exposure Information: Existing skin, eye, or respiratory conditions may be
aggravated by exposure.
Carcinogenicity: Products are not carcinogens.
SECTION 7: EXPOSURE CONTROL/PERSONAL PROTECTION
Respiratory Protection: If spray painting, wear appropriate government
approved mask. Ensure room has adequate ventilation.
Ventilation: Make sure room has adequate ventilation
(i.e. window fan).
Eye Protection: Wear safety glasses
Skin Protection: Skin protection is not normally required. If skin irritation
develops, wear rubber gloves.
SECTION 8: FIRST AID PROCEDURES
Eye Contact: Flush with clean water for 15 minutes. See a physician.
Skin Contact: Wash hands with soap and water. If irritation develops see a
physician.
Inhalation: Remove subject to fresh air.
Ingestion: May cause abdominal pain. Do not induce vomiting. Product is not
considered toxic in small amounts. Call a physician. Ingestion of
large amounts may require medical attention.
SECTION 9: HANDLING AND STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Storage of Paint: Keep from freezing. Keep containers closed.
Spill/ Leak Procedure: Contain spilled paint and clean up.
Paint Disposal: Dispose of paint soaked rags and empty containers in
accordance with regulatory laws.
