                  **** SECTION 3 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION ****

                               EMERGENCY OVERVIEW
Highly flammable.Moisture sensitive.

Potential Health Effects
     Eye:
May cause eye irritation. The toxicological properties of this
material have not been fully investigated.
     Skin:
May cause skin irritation. Isopropanol has a low potential to cause
allergic skin reactions; however, rare cases of allergic contact
          dermatitis have been reported.
     Ingestion:
May cause gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting and
diarrhea. Hydrolyzes in the presence of water and body fluids to
isopropanol, which can cause headache, nausea, narcosis, and mental
          depresssion.
     Inhalation:
May cause respiratory tract irritation. The toxicological properties
of this substance have not been fully investigated. Inhalation of
dusts cause severe irritation of the upper respiratory tract,
gastrointestinal disturbances, albuminuria, gradual loss of weight,
          and increasing weakness.
     Chronic:
          No information found.

                    **** SECTION 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES ****

     Eyes:
Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes,
occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.
     Skin:
Flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while
removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical aid if
irritation develops or persists. Wash clothing before reuse. If
water-reactive products are embedded in the skin, no water should be
applied. The embedded products should be covered with a light oil.
     Ingestion:
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical
aid. Do NOT induce vomiting. If conscious and alert, rinse mouth and
drink 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water.
     Inhalation:
Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. If not
breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult,
          give oxygen. Get medical aid.
     Notes to Physician:

                  **** SECTION 5 - FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES ****

     General Information:
As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in
pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full
protective gear. Dusts at sufficient concentrations can form
explosive mixtures with air. During a fire, irritating and highly
toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion.
Will burn if involved in a fire. Water Reactive. Material will react
with water and may release a flammable and/or toxic gas. Use water
spray to keep fire-exposed containers cool. Containers may explode
in the heat of a fire. Flammable solid. May ignite or explode on
contact with steam or moist air. May re-ignite after fire is
          extinguished.
     Extinguishing Media:
Use carbon dioxide or dry chemical. DO NOT USE WATER! Do NOT get
water inside containers. Contact professional fire-fighters
immediately. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water until
          well after fire is out.

                **** SECTION 6 - ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES ****

General Information: Use proper personal protective equipment as indicated
                          in Section 8.
     Spills/Leaks:
Vacuum or sweep up material and place into a suitable disposal
container. Clean up spills immediately, observing precautions in the
Protective Equipment section. Remove all sources of ignition. Use a
spark-proof tool. Provide ventilation. Do not expose spill to water.
Do not get water inside containers. A vapor suppressing foam may be
          used to reduce vapors.

                   **** SECTION 7 - HANDLING and STORAGE ****

     Handling:
Wash thoroughly after handling. Use with adequate ventilation.
Ground and bond containers when transferring material. Use
spark-proof tools and explosion proof equipment. Avoid contact with
eyes, skin, and clothing. Empty containers retain product residue,
(liquid and/or vapor), and can be dangerous. Keep container tightly
closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Avoid ingestion and
inhalation. Do not allow contact with water. Do not pressurize, cut,
weld, braze, solder, drill, grind, or expose empty containers to
          heat, sparks or open flames.
     Storage:
Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame. Keep away from sources of
ignition. Store in a tightly closed container. Store in a cool, dry,
well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances.
          Flammables-area. Store protected from moisture.

          **** SECTION 8 - EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION ****

     Engineering Controls:
Facilities storing or utilizing this material should be equipped
with an eyewash facility and a safety shower. Use adequate
ventilation to keep airborne concentrations low.
