Chronic Effects
In animal studies acetamiprid was not mutagenic or carcinogenic. It was not a neurotoxin or reproductive toxin and did not cause embryo
or foetal toxicity.

Other Health Effects

First Aid
Eye:
In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5
minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Seek Medical attention.
Skin:
In case of contact, carefully remove contaminated clothing. Immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of water. Wash contaminated
clothing before reuse. If irritation persists seek Medical attention.
Inhaled:
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Seek Medical attention.
Swallowed:
If swallowed, wash out mouth with water. DO NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. Keep patient at rest and seek Medical
attention.

Advice to Doctor:
No specific requirements. Treat symptomatically.

Symptoms from overexposure from the product include irritation, nausea, vomiting, headache, confusion, liver effects, lethargy, muscle
tremors and convulsions.

Acute dermal LD50 (rat): > 2,000 mg/kg

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Exposure Standards:
No exposure standard has been assigned by National Occupational Health and Safety Commission (NOHSC) for the product.

Engineering Controls:
Control process conditions to avoid contact. Use local exhaust ventilation during manufacture. Use only in a well-ventilated area only.

Personal Protection:
Avoid breathing spray mist or vapour. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear face shield or goggles, butyl rubber gloves, boots and
cotton overalls buttoned at the neck and wrist during handling and mixing. Wash face, hands and skin thoroughly with soap and water
after use and before eating, drinking or smoking. Wash all protective clothing after each day鈥檚 use.

Flammability:
Not a fire hazard. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE (Continued)

Environment:
Acetamiprid ranges from practically non-toxic to moderately toxic to birds. Acetamiprid is practically non-toxic to freshwater fish and
aquatic invertebrates. It is moderately toxic to Daphnia, and has a low toxicity to bees and earthworms. DO NOT contaminate streams,
rivers or waterways with the chemical or used containers.

Acetamiprid:
LC50 (bluegill sunfish): > 119.3 mg/L
LC50 (rainbow trout): > 10 mg/L
Algae EC50 (Scenedesmus subspicatus): > 98.3 mg/L
Acute oral LD50 (mallard duck): 98 mg/kg
Dietary LC50 (mallard duck, bobwhite quail): > 5000 mg/kg
Bee toxicity LD50: 8.09 碌g/bee (contact)
Earthworm toxicity (14 day): LD50 : 9 mg/kg

Slowly degraded on or in plants. DT50 in clay loam: 1 day: in light clay 1-2 days. DT50 for total residues: 15 - 30 days. Acetamiprid is not
expected to bioaccumulate.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION
Storage and Transport:
Store in the closed, original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. DO NOT store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight.

Spills and Disposal:
Review FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS and SAFETY PRECAUTIONS before proceeding with cleanup. Wear chemical resistant
coveralls, waterproof gloves, waterproof boots and face/eye protection. Dyke spill. Prevent liquid from entering the sewers, waterways, or
low areas. Contain spill and absorb with earth, sand, clay or other absorbent material. Shovel or sweep up. DO NOT flush with water.
Treatment, storage, transportation, and disposal must be in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Triple rinse
the container, then puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other approved methods. DO NOT burn empty containers or
product.

Fire/Explosion Hazard:
May form explosive mixtures in air. The product is a Class C1 Combustible liquid. Evacuate personnel to a safe area. Wear self-
contained breathing apparatus and full protective equipment. On combustion, toxic fumes such as oxides of carbon, nitrogen and sulphur,
hydrogen chloride and other toxic substances may be emitted. Suitable extinguishing media: water spray, dry chemical, foam, carbon
dioxide (CO2). If possible and without risk, remove intact containers from exposure to fire. Otherwise, spray unopened containers with
water to keep cool. Control the runoff, as runoff may be a pollution hazard.

Reactivity Data:
Stable at normal temperatures and storage conditions. Decomposition will not occur. Polymerisation will not occur. Incompatible with
strong bases, strong acids, oxidising and reducing agents, acid chlorides bleaching agents, chlorine, chromates, oxygen, percarbonates,
perchlorates, permanganates, peroxides, phosphorous acids, trichloroacetic acid.
