3 HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
Corrosive: Causes burns. Causes skin and eye damage. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing.
Harmful if swallowed. May be irritating to nose and throat. Avoid breathing vapours.
4 FIRST AID MEASURES
Skin contact: If contact with skin occurs, wash off excess chemical with soap and flush with
cool water for at least 15 minutes. If skin irritation persists, seek immediate
medical attention.
Eye contact: If contact with eyes occurs, immediately flush contaminated eye(s) with cool,
gently flowing water for at least 20 minutes, holding eyelid(s) open. Take care
not to splash contaminated water into the non-affected eye. Seek immediate
medical attention.
Ingestion: If swallowed, drink large amounts of water or milk. DO NOT INDUCE
VOMITING. Avoid alcohol. NEVER GIVE ANYTHING BY MOUTH TO AN
UNCONSCIOUS PERSON. Seek medical attention immediately.
Inhalation: If inhaled, remove individual to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, have a trained
person administer oxygen. Seek medical attention immediately.

Contain and absorb the spillage with inert material such as sand. Sweep up the spill and place in clean,
dry plastic containers including any contaminated soil. Dispose of product in accordance with relevant
local and national waste disposal legislation.
7 HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling: DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS. Mix only with water. Never add
water to product. Always add product to water. Use clean dry dispensing
equipment.
Storage: Keep this product in original, closed container when not in use. Store in a cool,
dry, well-ventilated area. Keep this product and all other chemicals out of reach
of children.
Avoid contact with: Other swimming pool/spa chemicals in their concentrated forms.
