3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Eyes: May cause slight temporary eye irritation.
Skin: Repeated exposure may cause flaking and softening of the skin.
Inhalation: At room temperature, vapors are minimal due to physical properties.
Ingestion: No hazards anticipated from swallowing small amounts incidental to normal handling.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Eyes: Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician or poison center.
Skin: Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, call a physician or poison center.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If irritation persists, call a physician or poison center.
If Swallowed: Low in toxicity. Induce vomiting if large amounts are ingested. Call a physician or poison center immediately.

vapors when mixed with air will burn and can be explosive in confined spaces. Mists and sprays may be flammable below the flashpoint.
Extinguishing Media: Dry chemical, foam, CO2, water fog. Do not use direct water stream.
Fire Fighting Instructions: For fires involving this material, do not enter any enclosed or confined fire space without self-contained
breathing apparatus w/full protective clothing. These vapors when mixed with air will burn and can be explosive in confined spaces.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Small Spills: Clean up with absorbent material. Collect material in suitable and properly labeled open container.
Large Spills: For larger quantities, dike spill and collect on suitable absorbent. Place in a suitable and properly labeled open
container.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not let the container freeze as it may split or rupture. Use
with adequate ventilation.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION

Eyes: Safety glasses recommended.
Skin: Chemical resistant gloves or rubber gloves recommended.
Respiratory: None required if good ventilation is maintained. If TLV is exceeded, use a NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator with
ammonia cartridge.
Engineering Controls: Provide adequate ventilation and local exhaust recommended.
Other Protective Clothing or Equipment: Shirts with long sleeves are recommended.
