This product is designed to rapidly break

stable water in oil emulsions, such as slop                                            HANDLING

RECOMMENDED USAGE

For pretreatment of drilling fluids, 1-2L/m3

has been found to be very beneficial in

preventing formation skin damage when

added to the drilling mud prior to drilling

into a producing oil section.

For stimulation or emulsion block removal

it is recommended that MTL Ultra Demul

300 be mixed in a hydrocarbon solvent at

the rate of 1.5% and squeezed into the

formation. Best results can be obtained if

the chemical pill is left to sit at the

formation face for 4 to 8 hours.
