Grease is non-toxic to aquatic life, exceeding U.S. EPA LC 55 test requirements for mysidopsis-bahia
shrimp, rainbow trout and fathead minnow.
Water Resistant: CITGO Aquamarine Grease is highly resistant to water. This grease provides
excellent performance in both the Water Wash Out and in the severe Water Spray Off test.
Extreme Pressure and Wear Protection: CITGO Aquamarine provides excellent protection in
applications where metal to metal friction and high loads exist. CITGO Aquamarine Grease exhibits an
impressive 400 kgf Four-Ball Weld Point.
Stays In Place: CITGO Aquamarine Grease is polymer fortified for improved adhesion.
Reversible: Aluminum Complex greases are unique in that they will re-thicken even after being
heated to a full melt.
Fully Additive Treated: CITGO Aquamarine Grease is fully additive treated to provide outstanding
corrosion resistance, resist oxidation, and to minimize equipment wear, even in highly loaded
applications.
APPLICATIONS:
CITGO Aquamarine Grease is recommended for use in applications where environmental
considerations are critical and where water resistance, corrosion resistance, wear protection, and EP
protection are required. CITGO Aquamarine Grease provides outstanding performance in marine deck
applications, is highly versatile in off-shore drilling applications, and will provide superior performance
in many industrial applications.
Note: This is not a GC/LB rated grease. This product is not suitable for use in marine trailer wheel
bearings. If you are looking for a trailer wheel bearing grease, consider CITGO Lithoplex MP2.
