4. FIRST AID MEASURES (SYMPTOMS)
Skin contact: There may be mild irritation at the site of contact.
Eye contact: There may be irritation and redness.
Ingestion: The swallowing of small amounts is unlikely to have adverse effects.
Inhalation: No symptoms.
4. FIRST AID MEASURES (ACTION)
Skin contact: Wash contaminated skin immediately with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and
launder before re-use.
Eye contact: Bathe the eye with running water for 15 minutes. If any soreness or irritation persists seek
medical advice.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth and throat thoroughly. Give about 1/2 pint of liquid to drink. Obtain immediate
medical advice. Do not induce vomiting.
Inhalation: Not Applicable
5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing media: This product is water based and will not support combustion.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal precautions: Wear gloves and eye protection. Refer to section 8 of SDS for personal protection details.
Clean-up procedures: In the event of spillage mop up bulk and dilute remainder to foul drain with water. Treat large
spillages as industrial waste.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling requirements: Do not mix with any material other than water, as directed. Wear suitable personal protective
equipment, as detailed in section 8. If the product is to be used for an application other than
that stated on the label, contact Technical Services Hotline (01773 880367) to check
suitability.
Storage conditions: Protect from extremes of temperature.
Suitable packaging: Must only be kept in original packaging.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION
Hand protection: Wear gloves if prolonged contact is anticipated. Wear suitable natural rubber latex or nitrile
gloves. Take further advice from reputable glove maufacturer / supplier regarding suitability
/useful contact time of their recommended gloves.
Eye protection: Not required under normal use conditions.
Skin protection: Not required under normal conditions or unless contact is prolonged.

biodegradable.

Disposal operations: Absorb large spills with sand or other inert media, and dispose of to an approved landfill site,
contact local authorities for further information Collect bulk of material and transfer to strong
polythene bag, dilute remainder to foul drain with water. Consult local authority for disposal
instructions. Dispose of according to local authority regulations.
Disposal of packaging: Drain well. Dispose of as normal industrial waste.
