Product Description
The Chemical Conservation Unit (CCU) is a product designed to optimize the developer replenisher usage
in Quartz and Mercury of the Americas processors.
Environmental Benefits
The CCU reduces the overall developer replenisher usage up to 50% and does not require a filter.
Furthermore, it can help achieve compliance with POTW effluent disposal regulations by reducing
biological oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and other parameters.
Applications
The CCU is available as a kit that is designed to retrofit Quartz and Mercury of the Americas processors
using MX1813 & MX1919 chemicals. We are in the process of testing other chemistry with this unit and
cannot guarantee the results with products we have not tested. For specific applications information,
