HAZARD DETERMINATION
HEALTH HAZARDS Ingestion and systemic absorption of chase products may cause acute toxic effects on the central
nervous system and on the cardiovascular system. Allergic reactions may also occur.
Contact may cause local irritation to sensitive tissues. Significant adverse effects on intact skin
are unlikely. Contact with mucous membranes sensation are likely.
Contact with the eyes may cause irritation. Eye contact is likely to cause numbness and effects on
vision.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF Systemic effects may include nervousness, dizziness, blurred vision, tremors, convulsions,
EXPOSURE respiratory depression, slowing of the heart, blood pressure drop, and unconsciousness.
EMERGENCY AND FIRST Call a physician. Medical attention should include maintenance of breathing and control of
AID PROCEDURES convulsions if they occur. If eye contact occurs, wash thoroughly with clean water for 15
minutes.
