Polyurethane Foam is a reaction product of polyethylene glycol and toluene diisocyanate.

Polyurethane Coating is a reaction product of polyethylene glycol and diphenyl methane diisocyante.

Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) require

notification of the National Response Center of the release of quantities of hazardous substances equal to

or greater than reportable quantities in X0CFR301.4



There are no components present in this product at a level which would require reporting under this

statute.







SECTION III � FIRST-AID PROCEDURES



    � Inhalation:                    The primary hazard is inhalation of toxic fumes

                                     generated during combustion. Remove to fresh air.

                                     If ill effects persist, get medical attention.



    � Personal Precautions:           A self-contained breathing apparatus must be used when

                                      fighting a polyurethane fire.

SECTION V � ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROCEDURES



   Polyurethane Foam is not a hazardous waste as defined by the Resource

   Conservation and Recovery Act. Observe all applicable local, state and federal

   waste management regulations.





SECTION VI � EXPOSURE CONTROL AND PERSONAL PROTECTION



   The primary hazard is inhalation of toxic fumes generated during combustion. A

   self-contained breathing apparatus must be used when fighting a polyurethane fire.
