3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Eyes: May cause irritation.
Skin: May cause irritation.
Inhalation: Over exposure may cause central nervous depression.
Ingestion: May cause headaches, dizziness, nausea, feeling of drunkenness, and cardiac sensitization. Depression of central nervous
system.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Eyes: Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. If irritation persists, call a physician or poison center
immediately.
Skin: Wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, call a physician or poison control center immediately.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If irritation persists, call a physician or poison center immediately.
If Swallowed: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. Prevent aspiration into lungs. Give lots of water or milk. Call a physician or
poison center immediately.

Store away from heat and open flames in tightly closed containers. Avoid excessive inhalation and contact with skin and eyes. Do not
wear contact lenses when handling. Always practice good chemical hygiene.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION

Eyes: Safety glasses recommended. Do not touch eyes with P-Dichlorobenzene on contaminated hands.
Skin: Chemical resistant gloves recommended.
Respiratory: None required if good ventilation is maintained. If airborne concentrations are above the TLV use NIOSDH approved
respirator for organic vapor.
Engineering Controls: Mechanical ventilation recommended when handling in enclosed/tight spaces.
