Health Hazards: May be harmul if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Avoid contact
with eyes. Do not inhale dust.
Routes of Entry and First-Aid Procedures:
Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 30 minutes, occassionally lifting upper
and lower eyelids. Get medical attention immediately. Do not allow victim to rub or keep
eyes closed.
Inhalation: Get medical attention immediately. Remove from exposure to fresh air
immediately. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Do not use mouth-to-mouth
resuscitation.
Skin: Immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes. Seek
immediate, medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. If victim is alert, give 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water.
Get medical attention immediately.
Signs and Symptoms of Exposure: Irritation or burning of eyes. Dermatitis, irritation, or
burning of skin. GI-tract burns. Burns to respiratory tract with sore throat, coughing,
shortness of breath, and delayed lung edema. Delayed kidney damage.
Medical Conditions Aggravated by Exposure: Pre-existing kidney disorders.
