PRECAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in original container away from foodstuffs.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of spray mist.
When mixing or applying wear waterproof gloves.
Wash thoroughly after use.
Container disposal: Triple rinse empty container and add residue to spray tank. Flatten and burn if
circumstances, especially wind direction permit, otherwise bury in a suitable landfill.
Avoid contamination of any water supply with chemical or empty container.
Treated seed. Seed treated with MAXIM must NOT be used for human or animal consumption and
containers holding treated seed must be labelled accordingly.
GENERAL INFORMATION
MAXIM is a seed treatment for direct application to potato seed tubers for the control of Rhizoctonia solani
(Black Scurf and Stem Canker) and Silver Scurf. The control of Silver Scurf may not be adequate if the
resultant crop is left for any length of time either in the ground following haulm death, or in cool storage.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding temperatures below -10掳C and above 35掳C.
WARRANTY
This formulation is warranted to contain the specified active ingredient within accepted analytical tolerance
when packed. The user bears the risk for damage resulting from factors beyond the manufacturer's control.
The manufacturer declines all liability for damage resulting from improper storage or use of the product.
