CROP WEEDS
The following annual Broadleaf weeds and grasses will
be controlled or suppressed for 3-5 weeks:
Peppers
Barnyardgrass Velvetleaf
Broadleaf Signalgrass Common Ragweed
Crabgrass Jimsonweed
(Large, Smooth) Lambsquarters
Field Sandbur Prickly Sida
Foxtail Pennsylvania Smartweed
(Giant, Green, Purslane
Robust) Venice Mallow
Fall Panicum

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For the suppression of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in peppers apply
broadcast preemergence to weeds, and prior to transplant at 0.67 to 2.67
pints per acre. Use the lower recommended rate on coarse soils and the
higher recommended rate on fine soils.

Do not use on banana peppers.

NOTE: Prior to use, refer to the Precautions and Restrictions sections of this
document.


SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:

Off-site movement spray drift or vapors of Command herbicide can cause foliar whitening or
yellowing of some plants. Prior to making applications, read and strictly follow all precautions and
applications on this and the Federal label.

Recommendations for use of this product are based on tests believed to be reliable. However, not all
cultivars of all commodities have been tested. Differences in sensitivity have been observed between
cultivars. Therefore, temporary whitening and/or yellowing of the treated crop may occur. The crop
should grow through this with no adverse impacts.

RESTRICTIONS:
Do not make more than one application.
Refer to the SOYBEANS section of the Command 3ME label for replanting instructions. Do not replant
treated fields with any crop inconsistent with the Command 3ME label.
FMC Corporation intends that this section 24(c) label be distributed only to end users and/or growers
(and/or applicators acting on behalf of growers) who agree to the terms and conditions below, and
agree in writing to a waiver and release from all liability by the user and/or grower of FMC for
failure to perform and crop damage from use of Command 3ME Herbicide in single preplant
incorporated or preemergence ground treatments on peppers. If such terms and conditions are
unacceptable, FMC requests the return of Command 3ME Herbicide at once unopened. FMC considers
the user to have accepted such terms and conditions upon use of this product.
This product when used single preplant or preemergence ground treatments on peppers may lead to
crop injury, loss, or damage. FMC recommends that the user and/or grower test this product in order
to determine its suitability for such intended use. FMC makes this product available to the user and/or
grower solely to the extent the benefit and utility, in the sole opinion of the user and/or grower,
outweigh the extent of potential injury associated with the use of this product. The decision to use or
not to use this product must be made by each individual user and/or grower on the basis of possible
crop injury from Command 3ME Herbicide, the severity of weed infestations, the cost of alternative
weed controls, and other factors. Because of the risk of crop damage all such use is at the user鈥檚
and/or grower鈥檚 risk.




APPLICATION PRECAUTIONS:
Do not apply Command 3ME herbicide within 1,200 feet of the areas listed below:

Towns and Housing Developments
Commercial Vegetable Production (except peppers, pumpkins, succulent peas, sweet corn, sweet potato
and winter squash)
Commercial Fruit / Nut Production
Commercial Nurseries
Commercial Greenhouses

Caution must be taken to minimize spray drift as off-site movement of Command can cause foliar
whitening or yellowing of some plants. Avoid making applications when spray particles may be carried
by air currents to areas where sensitive crops and plants are growing, or when temperature inversions
exist. Leave an adequate buffer zone between the area to be treated and desirable plants.

Follow the rotational crop restrictions for soybeans (Northern Area) on the federal label.
Command may be tank mixed with labeled amounts of other registered herbicides.
Consult individual labels for use, directions and precautions.
Do not use this product through any type of irrigation system.



ALL APPLICABLE DIRECTIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE EPA REGISTERED LABEL ARE TO BE FOLLOWED.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND REENTRY INTERVALS ON THIS 24C OR ON THE BASIC LABEL MUST BE FOLLOWED.
THIS LABELING MUST BE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE USER AT THE TIME OF PESTICIDE APPLICATION.
