APPLICATION:

HB-3405 is a water dispersible silicone emulsion formulated for use as a foam control agent. HB-3405 product will prevent and destroy unwanted and

costly foams in many food processing, industrial and chemical processes. It should not be considered for use in non-aqueous systems. This product is

manufactured from components previously authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

HB-3405 may be applied directly from the container via continuous chemical pump or by intermittent dosage. This emulsion is most effective in the

prevention of foam formation and is often added to the aqueous system before the foaming occurs.

Dosage Requirements: Every process system or discharge is different. Anti-foam concentrations should be tailored to actual use conditions. Adjust

the concentration to the point where the foam level can be realistically tolerated. The amount to do this will depend on the degree of foam suppression

required, the foam components, and other factors in the processing conditions. A suggested starting dosage is 100 � 1000 PPM. Avoid excessive anti-

foam application, as it will contribute little to improve performance.
