Polyclonal Antibodies Poly A and Poly B in buffer solution.

Section 2: Composition / Information on Ingredients:
Active Ingredient: Monoclonal Antibodies (anti Gyrase A and anti Gyrase B) , CAS: None
Other ingredients in water: (volume of each product package varies from 0.1-1.0ml)
0.8% Sodium Chloride (NaCl), CAS 7647-14-5
0.02% Potassium Chloride (KCl), CAS 7447-40-7
0.14% di-Sodium Hydrogen Phosphate (Na2HPO4), CAS 7558-79-4
0.02%Potassium di-Hydrogen Phosphate (KH2PO4), CAS 7778-77-0
0.01% Sodium Azide (NaN3), CAS 26628-22-8
Section 3: Hazards Identification:
Ingredients are either not classified as dangerous according to EC Directives, or not
considered to be hazardous in the very low quantities/concentrations present.
Section 4: First Aid Measures:
In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. Remove contaminated
clothing. In severe cases seek medical attention. In case of contact with eyes, flush with
water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, wash out mouth with water and give plenty of
water to drink. Seek medical advice immediately.
Section 5: Fire Fighting Measures:
Suitable extinguishing media: Powder, water, carbon dioxide, dry sand. Wear breathing
apparatus and protective clothing to avoid all contact with skin and eyes. Due to small
quantities, no special measures apply. No generation of hazardous or toxic gases in
dangerous quantities.
Section 6: Accidental Release Measures:
Wear appropriate protective clothing. Absorb onto sand or vermiculite and place in closed
container for disposal. Wash spillage site with water.
Section 7: Handling and Storage:
Avoid prolonged contact with copper or lead especially in drainage systems, or mercury or
other heavy metals which may result in the formation of explosive azides. Do not eat drink
or smoke while handling this material. Wash hands thoroughly after working with this
material. Store at 4掳C. Keep container closed and protected from sunlight/ moisture. Store
away from combustible materials, acids or metals.
Section 8: Exposure Controls / Personal Protection:
Wear gloves and appropriate protective clothing to avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Aqueous, colourless liquid.

Stable.
Contact with acid and metals may result in toxic gases.

Section 11: Toxicological Information:
Some constituents may cause skin irritation and eye irritation.
Azide may be absorbed through the skin.
Section 12: Ecological Information:
No environmental hazard is anticipated provided that the material is handled and disposed
of with due care and attention.
Section 13: Disposal Considerations:
Concentrated sodium azide is highly toxic to higher vertebrates and sewage treatment
bacteria, though the pack concentrations are not considered to present a significant risk. As
a precaution, do not flush down sink. Dispose of in accordance with local rules and
regulations.
Section 14: Transport Information:
Not subject to transport regulations.

Ingredients are either not classified as dangerous according to EC Directives, or not
considered to be hazardous in the very low quantities/concentrations present.
